This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, charges, and other important information regarding the delivery of your order. By placing an order with XTRA Pharmacy, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer shipping within the United States through the following method:

USPS (United States Postal Service): All orders are shipped via USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days. This service provides reliable, fast shipping, ensuring that your medications reach you promptly.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is available at a flat rate of $35 per order. This fee applies to all orders, regardless of size or weight, and covers the cost of shipping, handling, and packaging.

Shipping Zone

We only ship orders to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is important to us. All orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging, with no reference to the contents or XTRA Pharmacy on the outside of the package. This ensures your medications arrive confidentially.

Processing Time

Orders placed before noon EST on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the USPS website.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number. Delivery Issues

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the order re-shipped. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate when placing an order.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is deemed undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information or other issues, XTRA Pharmacy will contact you to resolve the situation. If we are unable to deliver the package, a refund (minus shipping charges) may be issued, at our discretion.

Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
